A DiversityTrainersPlus assessment uses tools such as focus groups, online surveys, policy and practice reviews and client/customer attitudinal surveys, to uncover:
- where you are already doing well
- your diversity-related challenges
- where you need to take action to become more inclusive
- harassment, inappropriate behaviors and counterproductive attitudes
- gaps in your diversity management and training systems
- where you need to build strategic relationships
- opportunities you can capitalize on to become more inclusive
An Internal assessment lays the groundwork for training and other initiatives. An External assessment helps you know what your client, resident and/or stakeholder communities expect and what you need to do to meet those expectations.
